Last day to register for Dividend FAP hi all, sorry on my last post i thought yesterday was the last day to register and settle for the dividend. It is today! so you have a good opportunity to buy stock and hold for July 22 registry. This is a very good stock to keep for a long time in your portfolio. Pays a dividend every month and has a DRIP and automativaly repurchase shares. Check with your broker just incase you have not elected or you will just get cash every month. The dividend is stable at .0225 and not once has this company stopped paying you. I loaded up and this is one in my many REIT's i own.
