The Water segment also includes drilling services offered to the environmental and construction industry, such as geological exploration and geotechnical drilling.

If anyone can help me understand the last new release about refinancing..

Why would Foraco issue 9.3 Million Shares to Oaktree and Kartesia, is that to settle the $49.4 Million debt?

Thanks in advance, I have never seen a company do this in the past.
