  An IPO does not mean FIH is selling any of its own stock. Primary issue is important for development projects. They have discussed an IPO for sometime.

Only way out seems to be buybacks by Watsa. We're stuck at market price paying fees at this pitiful level and he's charging based on BV. Who cares about BV aside from him?
