There's not usually a lot of volume for a stock that has "so many shares outstanding" because those shares are consolidated, so when "they" want the stock to move, they just need to come in a sweep up $5-$10M shares on the open market and bring the stock up to $2-$3, but you'll have a bit of notice once it breaks resistance of $.32-.$34, I think it'll be upward from there!
