Fortune Minerals Limited is a mining company. It is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. It is focused on developing the NICO Cobalt-Gold-Bismuth-Copper Project in the Northwest Territories and Alberta that produces a bulk concentrate for shipment to a refinery that it plans to construct in southern Canada. It also owns the satellite Sue-Dianne copper-silver-gold deposit located 25 kilometers (km) north of the NICO Deposit and is a potential future source of incremental mill feed to extend the life of the NICO mill and concentrator. It also maintains the right to repurchase the Arctos anthracite coal deposits in northwest British Columbia. It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

We feel the approval process will be less than the indicated several months as both the GNWT and Tlicho Government are advocates for the road. The land use permit and water licence process will likely take 4-6 months.

Hope all is well. I appreciate you taking your time to communicate with me. As you read below a gentleman by the name of Simon Toogood  with the review board has responded  to a question i sent him... on how many
more steps are involved if the EA gives a green light on March 30th for the road. He mentions that the approval can take several moths. After there report is approved by the two governments it will
go to the Land and Water for a land use permit and water licence. My question for you is off the top of your head from FOrtune’s prior experience with land and water license permits for the mine..how long do you believe “off
the record’ this process will take.
