FTN UNIT NAV to Apriil 11 = approx: $18
So after adding in divvies to JPM, TD and BNS, i have the UNIT NAV losing 39 cents.. Commons have a value of $8 and the last trade @ $8.13 leaves a tiny premium.

CAD down to 72.90 USD last i looked and analysts hopeful of a JUNE cut from BOC pushing the CAD down...

Quadravest monthly full update is now on the website
So i see the cash position changed from 16% down to 14%,. and seems prudent to have that much cash with the way the markets are going. Will try and rejig the spreadsheet when i get back home.

My spreadsheet has the UNIT NAV losing 34 cents since the march 29 update. The CAD falling nearly 1 % vs the USD helped keep it above $18... Last trade @ $8.17 leaves the premium at only 12

The inflation numbers are 0.1% higher than expected, the smallest number possible and everyone starts to panic, smh.
