Dec 10th is done with. Any proposals and future coarse of action had to submitted to the monitor/court by today. No news regarding any extension of the Dec 10th deadline. Do shareholders ...more

For any..

..potential buyers, they would want Futura to claar up that 2006 court issue brought up by a shareholder. A statement of defence was filed by Futura. There was no change in the status of the ...more

I think it's up to close of business day Dec 10th, that the decision must be made and presented to the monitor/court. So any news would be Tuesday at the earliest.   I checked Linkedin ...more
