But the dividend announcement today was a good sign that management is agreeable to return capital to shareholders when their return on capital is close to zero. I'm thinking I might contact the ASC about how they are allowed to buy more public shares without having to make a bid for all of the shares. Taking a legal course of action is rarely profitable.
