It's clear as day that this stock is shorted to the hilt.  I've had the CEO of another mining explorer tell me recently that the IIROC short report does not even come close to identifying the true size of short interest which could be as high as 1/3 of all shares. Permits and financing. Before these milestones, institutional money can't move into a stock because of the risk factor. All the other hype junior stocks are driven by sentiment and the "cult" factor, things GENM has never had. IMO once permits are granted and the financing is finalised, the future cashflow this mine will generate becomes attractive to the big money.
