The bulk of Madison assets are in real estate. There is cash there, but not nearly enough. I believe that Gvc has impatient institutions that are moving on. They are like ourselves, insiders believe it is cheap given all the positives.
They can afford million dollar buys, but I doubt takeout buys.
They learned their over leverage lessons. They appear debt adverse at this stage.
Their real estate co Mpc is going really well. If they did something major there, then perhaps.
If anyone here knows Mr Grippo and has some input, please post.
