The price offered was over $28.60, and the board didn't feel it was close enough to fair value to put to a shareholder vote. So why would anyone tender to this SIB? Maybe the buyer comes back ...more

HCG, nice run on the NCIB,..

I havn't double checked the numbers,  but pretty close I figure,.. As of July 29th, boought 3,516,020 shares at an average price of $29.05. SWEET!!! The NCIB had 217,556 shares to go at the ...more

  that is good information it was strange the price was already announced. In some of the previous SIBs they only announced a few days later.

Trying to make sense of the SIB. Q2 BV is now 38.72. Best SIB price is 28.60.  I've sold in previous SIB's but don't see the value in this one. I can see a possibility of this SIB ...more
