RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hmmm just keeps going lowerWhat "crash" do you expect exactly? We are still recovering from a devastating, unprecented market crash of 35% in 30 days just 2 years ago which was the worst global crises since WWII. I hope you were buying then.

What we're seeing now is the covid gains coming off, a market slowdown from an historic period of financial stimulus and low rates. We have a market correction not a crash. Corrections are normal healthy market dynamics that are followed by years of economic growth.

lashing wrote: They say that every time. "its priced in". Nope. It wasnt priced in last time, or the time before that. The market CRASHES. If anything were "priced in" there would never be any crashes.

Nothing is priced in until it happens. Its not my first day/decade/multi decade

I wouldn't wait for the news for your investment decisions or you will always be behind the curve. In the meantime, you can buy undervalued dividend stocks and get paid to wait. Recessions always end.

lashing wrote: Yes but there is a recession in reality that just hasnt been accounced yet and a stock market crash that is any day now.
