Hi Jimmy! I filed detailed request for follow up with BMOIL on 01 Jan cuz of missing distns in Margin and RRSP accounts. Will post when response recvd. I also contacted HOT.un to clarify if this delayed dist will be considered taxable in 2020 - which is the date of record - or 2021. Will also post reply when recvd. Cheers!

What everyone is talking about is payment of the deferred March 2020 distribution which was just made on Dec. 31. However, distributions will resume in March of this year at an annual rate of 0.18¢/unit. It's a conservative start with room to up it as travel capacity increases past this (imo) final pandemic wave. https://www.ahipreit.com/news/press-release-details/2021/American-Hotel
