I3 and Kelt

I3 and KeltI just can't quite understand why I3 is at $0.40 CAD/shr. and Kelt is more than $6 CAD /shr.?? I mean the boe/d for I3 is approx. 21000 and Kelt is around 27000 boe/d, (I looked up and reviewed both reports). Yet the share prices are vastly different? Should we not be at a similar share price as Kelt? What am I missing?? Sorry for asking, thanks in advance for your comments.
