RE:so much potentialThere are at least 4 hopefuls promoting selective solution mining. Unfortunately the old school thinking has taken a very simple concept and complicated it. See the recent Western video. If they would eliminate the ponds, the brackish water supply and about 80% of the equipment, they could make potash. Somehow people believe complicated is better.
I think Karnalyte fell into the same trap. A simple 20 to 40 million dollar mine could be a "big Project" if done right.
