Quite pleased as I........Bought in Thursday around 20.50........one day later it's up a buck, hard not to like this one as there are so many positives. I see this possibly going to 25-27 range, believe that to be very possible.........love the dividend, owned teal estate and pretty much lack of competition. Worry free investment, best kind.
