RE:Dilution They are adding 3.5 million shares to 100 million. The dilution is negligible in my eyes.
I am perplexed why they need to raise 60 million when they already have ~60 million in the bank and no debt. All of the stated expenditures are already covered. Something doesn't add up. Are they planning a major acquisition? A war chest of 120 million gives them a lot of buying power! Many miners and explorers are currently at depressed prices (you probably already know that!). This is the time to buy.
