Rule of  thumb  you know  where your stock is,  who really  owns  it, and  what the  firm is  doing  who  hold the stock in trust  for their  clients.  You dont  do placements  with firms  that sell short their  own clients stock  and  then  take  part in a  placement  to  fill that  undeclared  short ( the  IOU)   The  chart and  daily trading tell no  lies.

All Canadian  explorers need to  have a  black list....  All you have to do is  look at a 20 year chart and compare it to all the  other exchanges.
