The Company also owns a 65.0% interest in Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust and a 45.3% effective interest in Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust. It also provides advisory and management services to institutional and other investors. The Company's subsidiaries include Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust and Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust.

here we sit at the lows, I did add a little last week..they have been buying MRT shares almost daily in the open market; a block of MRC changed hands this AM maybe 37,500 shares, I would hope it is the company buying and retiring a block ..hard for them to buy w the NCIB limits and nearly no volume. Oh well, happy to hold long term. Bea
