"Starting in July, you must be available to respond to production emergency calls (24/7) on a rotating on-call schedule with other maintenance technicians. On-call shifts will be paid according to our on-call policy."

Very VERY nice find!! And yes, I think your interpretation is correct with regard to Candiac being online EARLIER than expected. Most telling line is "Available to respond to PRODUCTION emergency calls. :)))
