The estonia operation is one-of-a-kind. The vast majority of the minerals refined in the Estonia operation however are coming from Russia. This of course is an issue and IMO probably a big factor in the stock being so low right now.
The unfortunate fact of the matter is we, the west, got complacent with established industry infrastructure in fossil fuels etc, precious metals etc and we neglected to be proactive. Now countries with immense power and old-world ideological views like Russia, SA etc have become far too powerful and we are left to scramble something together in reaction to an upset.
Hopefully circular economy/recycling tech and infrastructure will develop rapidly at this point, as well as select mines where the best potential exists with the least impact.
