On my radar

On my radarSooo... finding this by chance through the INO.UN board which I have been following but not invested in yet as I do not like their high payout ratio.

What concerns me here is the extremely low volume and the impending pressure on overall real estate prices which is a sector I am bearish on. However, I do like the fact that 66% of leases are backed by governments and credit rated corporations.

Going to keep this on my radar but would like a lower entry closer to $14.
