Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multinutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Its Cerrado Verde Project is located in Minas Gerais state, Brazil, which is a potassium-rich deposit, from which it is producing solutions for crop nutrition, crop protection, soil improvement, and increased sustainability. Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Verde - Takeover target?For my money, I want to see the share price at $5 NOW..  Before thinking of $10  :)  Frankly, quite tired of holding NPK here since it is probably 10-12 years that I have been in it.. 

Hell, it it were to touch $5 I will probably sell it and call it a day..
