Agreed.   As long as those sales close in Australia, they take care of n/t maturities and avoid having to issue more debt at higher rates.   But seems on track according to company reports.    a number of these cdn REITs are also influenced by flows into reit etfs and reit mutual funds.  As things improve , the market should become more discerning and this could ...more
