Why the drop in SP today?

Why the drop in SP today? I have held this for sooo long and never had serious concerns. Very well run and management seems to respect shareholders more than most. Therefore, I seldom give it anything but a cursory glance in my portfolio. Not a great dividend IMO but reliable. That said, I can't see why it would  drop $1.75 today. Any ideas out there?
