Capacity risk in the short term? ($100)/msf in 5 weeks???With the drop-off in share price I wonder how much risk there is the industry over-shooting. Again.
I think it's Tolko, Roy O Martin, Norboard x1, and one other re-starting. Norbord's Scotland mill is fine, that's a different market.
I wonder if this has spooked the market. The price drop has been exactly $100/msf in 5 weeks. See below. It's terrifying. I see that has indicitive, possibly, of excess supply. Yet, hosuing starts are strong and we have a fibre shortage in many areas. So, it ought not be a long term issue, maybe just a fickle market?
