Also sold this morning at $13.68. I expect to buy back below $12.80 within a month or so.

Personally I think it will go up quite a bit more before it drops, and I don't think it will drop for at least 6 months. Also, want to collect at least one Divy payment, maybe more. There, we both made our predictions, be interesting to see who is right.

needed exposure to a REIT and happy to just collect the divy every month...averaged in on the spinout with the other smart money under $13....cashflow machine

Big mistake. I averaged down on my shares I got from the split, why would it go under $13 again? There is NO reason. It is so incredibly undervalued, there is no where for it to go but up. For the first time in a long time I am excited about a stock. PMZ is that stock. sustainable dividend, plus low debt = shares going up up and away !!

There are no mistakes, it was a very very easy trade for fast cash, people do things for different reasons, I already have a couple reits and I dont need to collect them personally, I think those of us who grabbed it and made a buck a share did just fine inside a week.
