RE:Pembina Pipeline Corporation and KKR Create Joint Venture I like the dividend increase, the share buy back addition and debt reduction... But I don't understand who is paying us.
We we seem to have started with what seems a smaller share of these assets and are ending with a larger share and getting paid to take more, I don't fully understand how or why. I'm sure it's simple but I'm a little boggled by the maths here on a couple reads.
Is KKR paying us a lump sum to be the operator and giving us a larger share so it runs effectively in our system? I would have thought that we would have to pay more to gain in this deal.
