This and CSAV on the TSX seem to be excellent vehicles

This and CSAV on the TSX seem to be excellent vehicles They both build slowly each Month to the amount that the Monthly dividend would be .
Then reset after the div is paid.
It's like ownng a GIC without the commitment.
You can sell any time and because the price rises throughout the month , you don't have to wait until months end to capture the dividend. (Or a portion of it if you sell through the Month)
CSAV  paid quite a bit higher Dividend in December than PSA did .
It's paying 4.96 % if it continues to pay .2015 each Month
