BP to buy U.S. biogas producer Archaea for $4.1 bln | Reuters Archaea Energy merged with Aria Energy last year. Aria had done multiple projects with BP (see next link) and Gas RNG Systems worked with them also. As far as I know Airscience is still part of Gas RNG Systems Gas RNG Systems (biogasworld.com) or maybe they are all under Pyro Green Gas now, who knows.
