Does anyone know Just what role do these Electric Boilers play ? What are they going to be used for ? If Electric Boilers are not Replacing Induration Furnances ? per Action 15 wording i thought i read something somewhere about Reducing Emissions (not Carbon) - so if not Carbon maybe Plasma Emissions ? Where's our inside Electrician Technician ? - maybe they can clarify...

Ooops Stupid Me ' Action 15 ' does indeed state " as new sources of Heat "... Another thought that comes to mind is that these New Techs don't have to be Mutually Exclusive ! And may very well be utilized in combination for a totally new process ! How'bout that - - i might not be Stupid After all - LoL
