A) Who controls the votes that the Family Trust Unit must cast in RCI.b's proceedings...?

B) What is the full extent of the powers belonging to the Rogers Family Trust Unit to nominate its own Board Members when it judges it appropriate for conducting the Business of RCI?

Lawyers will surely debate a lot about these matters.

However, those are not very difficult issues to solve on legal terms.
