Going private?The company has been buying back shares at an extra ordinary pace the last few months. They have been buying the maximum number of shares under the recently renewed plan. Smith and Holland own directly or indirectly more than 5 million of the outstanding shares. Whether they will take the company private or not this buyback should put a floor under the share price around the current level. I jumped in last Friday as a lot of bad news has aleady been priced in this stock.
