RE:RioCan's capital recycling programThe most noteworthy point is that they got extremely high 
prices for the assets which they sold (low cap rates).

Another factor is that this type of journey is time limited.

When we sell $1 billion is assets there is one billion 
less in the barn for future sale. That is ok so long as the 
money is reuses wisely (which Riocan is doing)
