RE:In terms of a corrupted dishonest Cuban officer The entire politic of Cuba does not believe in the American view of capitalism. While many do not believe the communist system works and is what they need, the current rulers won't change. However, I believe Cuba will eventually become a socialist country, where some free enterprise, some state run enterprises, and much government programs for the people will result. That is what most Cubans in Cuba want. Not what Cubans in Florida want.
