Second no western car maker will deal with sherritt because they don't want to get into trouble with the US. Cuban nickel is basically illegal for the US and any US company even if they do business worldwide and also for foreign companies doing business with the US. Any company using cuban nickel could be sanctioned, sued, or banned from doing business with the US altogether. Back about 4 or 5 years ago Panasonic canceled all nickel purchase contracts with sherritt so as not to hurt its US business. There are car makers who do business only in Asia so there are some prospects there
