Interesting Company SFC

Interesting Company SFCJust added to my watch list.  Seems to have good growth, pays a dividend and with a p/e ratio of 5.6 it seems to be undervalued, NAV is around $9.  Good insider ownership and some large mutual funds have it in their portfolios. Downside its focused in the Carribean a known tax haven and its thinly traded.  Anybody else have any thoughts?  Cheers Charlie.
