RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Rent Increases- Wow!Of course we do not know the exact intent of the co,, however, it is crystal clear that the market for renting industrial real estate is hot overall in Canada with a 28% increase in new leases. Ontario, with increases of 67%, is on fire. These numbers annually are unheard of previously. Still some investors (sellers) are more concerned with modest interest rate increases. Go figure!
