RE:They will have to raise cash in the medium-termThis press release was obviously done to try to offset the share price slide seen over the last 30 days or so. It did get some recovery today.

Based on the timing I'm not sure if they are basing this on April's results or May results (I'm guessing based on the large number of acquisitions over the years, and various accounting software to integrate that they aren't quick to close). 

The wording on Near-term - I would assume the lawyers have read the press release 20 times over. I'd not only highlight the near term, but also the words does not anticipate. That said, this is in my opinion a pretty positive press release. Hope the facts in the business back it up.

Not sure how their business is dealing with supply chain issues, cost increases and skilled labour shortages. It certainly is impacting those who quoted work two years ago and needs to execute now. 

They seem to communicate they are on their way back. Here's hoping that that is the case.
