Takeout endgame

Takeout endgameUsing excess cashflow to reduce debt. Nominal buybacks, nominal dividend/no increase. it is nice to hear that some presidents are satisfied running conservative co's with intent to build cashflows over time but doesn't sound like a very challenged environment. Shareholders aren't being rewarded for patience and as such the market value is discounted.
