they just made a $375 mill USD purchase .JUST NOT TBL ..see below. dwdc Hixson is a leading family-owned lumber and treated wood supplier operating in the Central United States with 19 lumber treating plants, five specialty sawmills and a captive trucking fleet.

Wish it had been TBL as well. When I bought stock just after their 1st Q NR, I thought TBL was a no-brainer, but there's something terribly wrong with the way it has traded over the last 4 weeks. I'll likely sell & move on when I hit breakeven again (just over $3). No idea what it would take to get the SP where it belongs, but right now it's dead money.
