Special Dividend?

Special Dividend?Does Orcon NZ buy 2Degrees from TRL or the TRL listed entity?  Who says Orcon will not merge 2Degrees like the headlines suggest??  TRL management is known for "flipping" Telco's for a profit.  It would make it almost impossible once merged, especially if Orcon is in it as a core asset.  TRL would no longer the have a majority vote.  If management continues to run TRL, with they keep that money from Orcon to shop around for another flip?  Telco deals are harder and harder to find these days and I assume management is looking to unwind towards a retirement.  I say they might issue that money into a special dividend to shareholders.
