Q1 cash distribution

Q1 cash distribution

Let's get straight to the numbers.

Cash available for distribution increases to $ 20,740 compared to $12,807. Net income increases to $13,086 compared to $10,674.  If we annualize these totals we get an earnings yield of 10.8% and a cash yield of 17.1%!

Long and short term debt increased from $ 196,042 to $240,079 but earnings and cash is sufficient to cover these costs.

As usual, a fantastic quarter.
