Kanata Superior court in next month or two?As it has been 4 months since the superior court appeal re: the Kanata Golf Redevelopment and as TWC asked for an expedited decision we should propably expect a decision in the next month or two (maybe max 3).
Remember LPAT is scheduled for January so one would assume this decision has to come out before then.
Also Jenna Sudds the former Kanata Councillor and oponent to the redevelopment was elected as a liberal MP last night. Hopefully this removes her permanently as an opponent on this file. If the liberals are preaching to increase housing how can she oppose densification? Hypocritical if you ask me.
Also as a reminder Woodlands goes to final council in Tamarak in late October so we should get a final resolution one way or another on that.
