RE:Milton land action.Quite interesting, thanks.  $1M/acre seems to be the going rate for Golden Horseshoe ex-GTA.  This tract was close to Milton, and the railway and planned intermodal terminal, so maybe there was something special about this location.  RSP is just out of Milton, closer to GTA and Oakville, off the 407.  The zoning is "unzoned" for the railyard tract, vs "commercial" in the Greenbelt?  As always, location and permitting affect the value.  And the topography and groundwater to some extent affect the extent of developable acres.
