RE:MANAGEMENT CHANGESIf there was fraud or something material to report the company would have been obligated to announce it immediately. Or at least halt the stock. So that is definitely not the case. TWM and LCFS are both at the bottom end of their peer group on valuation. From what I understand, TWM investors have been very frustrated over recent years. I think Joel had his chance, and the board decided to move on. The fact that TWM stock has remained relatively flat shows investors didn't care much for Joel either way.
