The advertisement

The advertisementSo I love the new advertisement and it appears that it is making a real difference. I can't think what else would account for URB.A holding up so well (around $4.08) over the past few days while the market has been getting bashed.

With the NAV per share (last Friday's close) reported this morning at $7.57, that equates to a discount to NAV per share of about 46%, which is less than the recent 50% but still huge. So, yes, if this sticks then I agree there could be more upside.

Good to see also that they're trying to keep the marketing costs modest. I'd think it a little over the top if they went for a TV campaign. But the billboard in the PATH tunnel? Sounds perfect. I'm sure there have been a lot of people walking through that tunnel, including investment professionals, who had never heard of Urbana.

Certainly the mutual fund companies aren't shy about marketing THEIR products.
