Its services include research and development, maintenance manuals (IOMs), spare parts and service locations. The North American operations comprising two manufacturing plants in Canada, as well as one manufacturing plant and one distribution facility in the United States. Its overseas operations include manufacturing plants in France, Italy, Portugal, Korea, Taiwan, India, and China. The Company’s operations also include a sales operation in Germany.

Your October 20, 2022 STOCKHOUSE posting is right on the nail. The stock will never again reached $20. Minority shareholders should clearly get together and require an outright privatization of the company. If the company was not held by a family trust, this avenue leading to its privatization would have already taken place. I hope that you are not under the water with this stock.
