Canadian regulator continuing to review Pembina-Veresen merg

Canada's Competition Bureau says it continues to actively reviewcompetition concerns related to Pembina Pipeline's (NYSE:PBA) takeover of Veresen (OTC:FCGYF), despite yesterday's announcement by the companies that the deal had closed.

The CCB says its review is focused on the companies' ethane transportation assets in Canada.
