Could you please send us some photos of the cartridge?

Here are a few troubleshooting tips for you to try:
1. Blow into the cartridge as hard as you can without the battery attached. Do this for about 8 seconds.
2. Inhale the cartridge as hard as you can without the battery attached. Do this for about 8 seconds.
3. Screw the cartridge onto the battery all the way. Then unscrew it just a fraction of a hair, try inhaling now.
4. Make sure the heating plate (gold screw) is clean.
5. Check the mouth peice for an obstruction, and you can clean this as well with a qtip or a toothpick.

The gold screw is not supposed to be moved, or be removed.

Hi, Thanks for response. My birthday is 04/05/1961. Purchase date 03/25/2021. Lot #2100000075. Battery is charged. I think it's the Screw thing looks locked up. Won't draw. Thanks
